Levels of preparing the orange

As an experts in preparing, packing and exporting fruits, and specially oranges, we take care of each step in the whole process following the international standards of quality. So, here we are going to talk at length about the process of preparing and exporting orange.

At first, we receive the oranges from the farm, and of course we make sure that the oranges are with high quality and suitable for exporting. Then the oranges enter special machine to be washed, cleaned and sanitized again and again with special products and sanitizers to get rid of any stuck remains.

After deep cleansing, it is time of the sorting level. This one consists of three parts, there are specialized agronomists in each part to pick any piece of fruit which has misshapes in an inappropriate way, they also pick the oranges with diseases or those with any rot or even about to have rot. The work in each level is supervised by quality engineers to observe how it is in accordance with the international quality standards.

Then, the good oranges enter the sizer. The sizer has special cameras and sensors which separate each size to its stream, in order not to mix sizes in the carton. The next phase is the packing of the oranges.  In this one, there are workers who pack the oranges in the cartons in the way that the client asked for. The sizer we have mentioned before quickens this level, as it is more simple when they have one size of the oranges to pack. In the final level, the pallets are loaded in the container in a stable manner to be strong and bear the way to the client including the traveling.
